To make your shopping experience go more smoothly, we have a few suggestions for you.
1. We love kids, and you are welcome to bring your children. However, we think you will have a much better shopping experience if you arrange to leave your children at home. There is quite a bit of merchandise you will want to look through, and there is generally a line at the checkout, although we do our best to keep it as short as possible. If you do bring your child(ren), we suggest you bring a stroller.
2. You may want to bring a large laundry basket to carry your items in. Some people even tie a rope to their basket so that they can drag it behind them and don’t have to bend over to pick it up.
3. We accept cash or credit cards, but cash generally helps our line move faster. In order to take credit cards, we have to charge a 4% fee to cover the transaction costs. So in short, if you can bring cash, you’ll want to do that.
4. Some tips for shopping for your children: check their shoe size or trace their foot on a piece of paper to bring with you. Glance at the clothes they have that fit them well and double-check the sizes. This is also a great opportunity to do your Christmas shopping (another good reason to leave the kids home if you are able to).
5. You’ll want to be sure to check out our vendor tables. There are some really cute bows, blankets, hats and other nice things that make great gifts.
